Research & Investigation
Fund independent research into the Kalamazoo 9th District Family Court and Friend of the Court. FOIA requests, data analysis, court observation, and documenting systemic patterns of bias.
Father's Legal Defense Fund
Help fathers who cannot afford legal representation fight back against an unjust system. Funds go toward court filing fees, attorney consultations, and legal defense costs.
Child Support Forgiveness Program
Support our grant program that helps qualifying fathers address back child support obligations. Fathers apply through our forgiveness program and receive assistance based on demonstrated need and circumstances.
Tax Deductible Donation
Fathers Who Fight is organized as a nonprofit public advocacy organization. Your donation may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
A receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of your donation. This receipt serves as your record for tax purposes and includes the date, amount, and our organization information.
No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your donation.
Donation Disclosure: Donations to Fathers Who Fight are used at the organization's discretion to further its mission of public accountability, research, advocacy, and support for fathers affected by the family court system. This includes but is not limited to: investigative research into the Kalamazoo 9th District Court and Friend of the Court, legal defense assistance for qualifying fathers, the child support forgiveness grant program, public awareness campaigns, website maintenance and development, and general operational costs. Grant and forgiveness program recipients are selected based on demonstrated need, program eligibility criteria, and available funds. Fathers Who Fight does not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual case. Donation amounts are suggestions only; donors may contribute any amount. Refund requests should be directed to contact@fatherswhofight.com within 30 days of the transaction. All donations are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
